Job Description:
Are you a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for real estate? Skyline Homes is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced TeleSales Agent to join our growing team. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in telesales, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions about our projects or the company
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the new projects using scripts
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Female candidates preferred
- Should be fluent in English and Arabic
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- minimum 01 year of Proven experience as telesales agent or other sales/customer service role in real estate Agency
